Some combination of how I like to move and how it's always recommended as THE Healthy Thing to Do to Relax Your Mind, means I'm completely disinterested in yoga.
If I had the resources, I'd try escrima, get back into fencing, lift weights, swim, kayak, try a climbing gym. Just not yoga. Someone says yoga and instantly I'm unmotivated and hate exercise. People always tell you that eating oatmeal is good for you, and I still like oatmeal.
@zebratron2084 I get this feeling that if I actually was somehow in the middle of doing yoga, as a physical thing, I’d be into it. Just yeah, every bit of advice winds up being “give up smoking and drink kombucha while in Downward Dog pose”...
