it filled the pan nicely! so I bet it'd overflow

I tried pouring some back out but the outside had _already started cooking_ ack ack ack so now it's concave in the middle

I hope the drips of batter around the sidewall (didn't manage to completely wipe it up) don't get horribly burnt on.

also we had to substitute BOTH self-rising flour (added baking powder) AND egg (used 1/4 cup oil) and I hope it comes out alright.

@Leucrotta I'm wondering if I should have just kept the nicely filling the pan. If it overflowed would it go everywhere, or just dome like a muffin? :3
