@sashakovich CNC is easier than you think, it's getting a feel for tool speeds, depths of cut, and feed speeds you can get away with.
Also, Three Flute Endmills are your Friends. Stubby endmills are your Friends. If material can be removed with a Drill, use a Drill. If some chain drilling and corner drilling will save time, and allow for square inside corners, do so.
Also, look up what you can do with masking tape and Superglue, for fixturing.

I think this project has no square corners, though now I feel the need to read over the plans again. XD
