IWUPAC Conventions

@Xinjinmeng

As recognized by the IWUPAC (International Wishes and Urges Pan-entity Assessment Committee), wishes are to be granted in order of increasing Wish Priority according to the following list:

1 - Idle Wishes
2 - Wishbone Wishes
3 - Coin-in-fountain Wishes
4 - Idle Wishes (Fate-tempting)
5 - Birthday Cake Wishes
6 - Shooting Star Wishes
7 - Skee Lo
8 - Wishing Well Wishes
9 - Wishing Well Wishes (Cursed)
10 - Collective Resonance Wishes (Crowds, Cults, etc)
11 - Golden Sphere in the Exclusion Zone
12 - Genie Wishes
13 - Monkey Paw Wishes
14 - [Universe:~ $Diety$ Sudo mkwish

Note that exceptions and other special circumstances may arise, altering priority order - For example, wishes made by the pure of heart are typically granted at a higher priority than otherwise would be normally, and wishes made by malicious parties will additionally be granted in higher priority (though with twisted intent).

@Phorm I think @Cerulean's classic artwork (which sadly I don't have conveniently on hand) pretty much fulfilled #7. If that wasn't enough for Skee Lo, I don't know what the fuck more they want.

(You still got a copy of that, Cer, darlin'?)

@zebratron2084 @Cerulean I certainly don't presume to speak for the artist, but I do believe the piece you are referring to is here:

(Have always appreciated this a ton. It's just /so good/.)

@Phorm @Cerulean @zebratron2084 Holy crap that's great. :D
