I now fit into a whole bunch of shirts I used to be too wide for. Going from 191 to 167 lbs makes a big difference.
Not done yet. Standard BMI charts say I should be 145 lbs. I have a broad body shape and I've developed some muscle from my workouts, so that's almost certainly a bad target, but I'm going to aim for 155, which is my weight when I was in the best shape of my life (when I was in a judo class).
