Made beef stroganoff in the pressure cooker today for lunch (and lunches through the week). Verdict: Not bad! Definitely missing something (more onion maybe?) but still not bad at all.

@Soreth i'd recommend some dry mustard, some relatively FRESH high-quality paprika, and a little white wine if you aren't using those already
Sonofa.... the recipe I used didn't have any mustard anything in it. Well, yeah, that'll do it.
