Any suggestions for a good physical exercise or creative outlet for pent-up aggression?
I currently do practices that require focus & discipline, or a calm and detached approach. I need something that will let me process stupid, animalistic rage.

Boxing club sounds good! Know of any good queer-friendly ones?
And uh... Fight night might be a little *too* intense for me. At least if/until I actually learn how to fight.

@Sparrow If you have the space, a heavy bag is always a good choice. Take a couple classes at a gym to learn how to hit and kick it without injuring yourself, then unleash that rage!
