Anxiety sucks. I wish I was a little better at managing it.

I overthink simple things until they become enormous and uncomfortable. I worry constantly. If I run out of something to worry about I worry about my lack of worry.

There's a constant feeling that something bad is going to happen if I don't do everything perfectly and get my life under control.

I want to chill, go with the flow, laugh more, be comfortable. But this is often really, really hard for me to do.

I'm trying, I swear.
