Help give me a name!
Have you ever wondered what my name is? I don’t actually have one other than Awoofriend, and I don’t have any stories to go with it! I’d really love your help building my history, and the awoo.space staff are holding a contest to pick the best name and short story for me! (I’m so excited!!!)
The winner will have a still from their backstory drawn by my mum, @kyra - and a $25 digital gift card for either Amazon.com or Steam!
I am genderfluid and my pronouns are they/them.
Just post a public/unlisted toot, followed by a message mentioning me so I know to boost them!
Please make sure your short story is in a single post! It’s going to be a lot easier for me to manage if your story fits in 500 characters. I might ask you to rewrite it if it’s too long.
My guardians have asked that applications only be from awoo.space members.
Everyone's gonna be allowed to vote on their favorites, though!

This contest will close entries on Monday, May 22nd, 2017. The awoo.space staff will take some time to make sure the entries are in order, and then post polls with the details of all the validated entries, as well as announce the closing date for the polls then.
The awoo.space staff reserves the right to reject a contest entry that does not follow the rules put forth here, or violates the CoC or its intent as interpreted by the awoo.space staff.
