The only hangup I had was due to a stupid mistake on the part of the Department of Licensing way back when I first got my license in-state. They had my birthdate wrong by 10 days.
Before I could change my Social Security name, I had to procure a copy of my Birth Certificate and change that with the DOL first, because it wasn't a valid ID unless I did.
Otherwise, the actual court thing was easy!
