I worked so fucking hard when this lunatic was elected to reassure people we weren't all going to be put into camps.
Now I could kinda use some reassurance that we're not going to give the people who elected him exactly the big dumb polarized civil war that they want.
I see problematic tactics from our side daily, and I can't not speak up and I can't take the opprobrium that comes with speaking up, especially when I already feel like the black sheep of this family due to recent fuck-ups.
@zebratron2084 I don't have the political knowledge nor the spoons to try and increase it, at this point, but hon, I'm right there with you.

Honestly, truly, thank you for adding some clear-headed reason to a situation that's rapidly bleeding it out, or denying that anything reasonable can even be said anymore.

@zebratron2084 You saw (or might have seen) my screed the other day regarding how "all the mind and gentle queers were killed and now anyone left is hella angry" is such bullshit.
I'm sick of it too but I don't have nearly the same tools or strength to immerse myself in the politics to effectively say anything.
