@Angle@witches.town strongly recommend reading this, especially to @literorrery and @zebratron2084 , both of whom I half-expect to be like "oh you're just finding out about this? I've known this for a decade, heh." this is a *very* interesting take on the current meta-situation, and one that I would love to see get more discussion, inspection, and deliberate action.
@green @literorrery @Angle@witches.town I'll read it for sure, but I have to warn you, advice for creating MORE militancy is just about the last thing I'm gonna root for these days, today in particular.
@zebratron2084 @Angle@witches.town @literorrery given that the problem as stated in the text is anxiety, and that it's explicitly calling out the militancy tactics currently in use as not particularly helpful in these times, I think "more militancy" is kind of what it's *against*. ultimately, the goal is to enable people to resist; but first they have to see that they *can* thrive without buying into the capitalist system and without constant crippling anxiety. I think that's possible, and a good goal.
