i've actually been writing the past couple nights. makes me feel like i'm finally doing something!! hope i can keep it up.

i am literally so incensed that someone has not yet created a good macos mastodon client that i am really tempted to use this as my excuse to finally learn swift and cocoa and all that.

still learning the mastodon UI. finally figured out I could re-order the panes; but the one that things i click on show up in can't be moved from the farthest right spot afaict. this is troubling cause as i have things set up it's always off my screen, and i keep clicking on things and thinking "why is nothing happening when i do this???"

i was beginning to think that there was no good music coming out, and then a whole bunch of good music starts coming out. new kai whiston, new(ish) floating points, new jefre cantu-ledesma... i'm gonna be happy for a while
