Figures. I get a new ref-sheet, and I'm already making changes to the design. Dammit, why is my process always so iterative? I can just never be happy and leave things alone.
Always changing, always adapting. So freaking protean and fluid in so many ways.
Maybe I should just declare myself to be a shape-shifting nanomachine colony with several semi-default templates.
Huh. These RCGs are really influential, aren't they?
@orrery I'd love to meet her! I bet we'd have a lot to trade packets over.
@kelseyhusky Welcome to my world! made worse by forking... and branches of individual bodies!
@wobblewuffess I worked around that by making experience syncing mandatory, semi-realtime and baked into firmware. Being un-integrated feels way too weird for KLCY
@kelseyhusky A handy way to avoid accidentally stumbling into trouble a fork of yourself made and you have knowledge of! It's a good rule.. I just acknowledge that I'm going to break good rules.
@wobblewuffess Well, that's on you and I wish you all the best of luck reconciling yourself if/when it happens!
@kelseyhusky Iiiiiiiiiii know how you feel. I finally come up with a ref sheet after internet eons and it's already out of date because I tend to make little changes based on mood. I've spent a wild amount of time thinking of in-universe ways to hand wave these changes, even if they benefit no-one but myself.
Also, yes they are.
@kelseyhusky That's effectively what Roque is. You'd be in good company.
... haven't talked with her lately. I should reach out and make sure the whole "bird" thing didn't rattle her too badly.
