All I want to do right now is get my new account with PSCCU and my old account with Mint to talk to one another, without having to call tech support a third time.
PSCCU's website has kicked me out for the third time, declaring me to have "already logged in" despite having told it I'm logged out, because their fraud-detection system is picking up Mint's logins as fradulent activity.

PSCCU's website permits passwords of up to 32 characters, but rejects all but seven special characters.
Mint THINKS PSCCU's website won't accept passwords longer than 20 characters, but has no special character restrictions.
Mint's website will accept all passwords, but says "you must have entered invalid credentials" if one doesn't meet its incorrect expectations.
Mint's phone app will state the incorrect expectations, but only after typing in the correct full-length password.

We cannot even get data validation between two systems that could be verified by two minutes of research consistently correct and expect the non-technical user to solve the problem when the technical user runs out of time. This is BULLSHIT and it is HARMFUL. How many people will never figure this out who deserve the same access to use the same tools?

@IrisKalmia @kelseyhusky @literorrery There was once a time, not too long ago, when there was a respected social contract around framing political endeavors in a light version of the engineering framework, but it seems like respect for that social contract faded quickly around the time Reagan took office.
