@noiob could put some fighting on it but I feel Saturn is the more fighting game oriented console, puzzle, someone suggested bust a move so imma replace ctr with that cuz it violates my 1 game per franchise rule.

Re fighting games: My heart says Bushido Blade 2, my brain says Street Fighter Alpha 3. It depends a lot on what you want out of it (BB2 for multiplayer fun, SFA3 for more 'tight' technical/traditional fighting game stuff)
(I'd also suggest Ghost in the Shell; But just generally as a great PS1 game, not as a fighting game)
