my e-Paper raspi HAT came with some cute small standoffs but it doesn't even have screwholes lmao

@noiob Is this a Waveshare model? Because that's weird.

@noiob Ah. I wonder how different it is from the generic HATs I have. (Larger ones have standoffs secured by washers.)

@noiob That is... ... ... huh.

I wonder what possessed them to make that one different. Heh!

@Goldkin well, there's not really space for screws since there's a display glued to the front

@Goldkin and also the pins do a pretty good job of supporting it

@noiob Also, I hope you have fun with it! I quite liked the ones I picked up from them, after I ironed out some of the technical issues.

Also, separately, best luck with Pwnagotchi if I correctly infer that's what you're building. :D

@Goldkin I like it a lot so far, it's a nice little display! And the pwnagotchi is cute :D

@noiob Ahhhh, that makes sense. Weird though that they didn't just glue the washer onto it from the other side, since they could have just inverted those parts.

Here's an example from the 4.2 model.

So... huh!
