Because:
- I want to build a pc to learn about doing that and to get better performance
- My current pc is a tiny pc which has a discrete gpu but it's pretty pointless because it's like a laptop gpu and the thermals are bad

So:

- Building a pc that's just got a slightly better CPU and significantly better thermals by being a normal sized computer instead of the size of a book might be a big enough improvement

And then I could add a gpu later when they're less expensive

@masklayer build a new PC and put your old GPU in it, that's what I did

@noiob I'm not sure if I could, but maybe. It's a weird custom one since the entire pc is like the size and shape of a book, I think it has a standard connector but is shaped weirdly

@masklayer that's a pretty normal PCI-E connector, you'd need a different cooler and a different bracket

@masklayer dunno if those are easy to get but that card should slot into any motherboard, it's just gonna be awkward

@masklayer or get a Ryzen with Vega integrated graphics, they're pretty good
