and like, other companies have proven that a small Ryzen-based handheld is doable, Valve has the money to get smaller, more optimized board designs and really tweak the design
I like getting games (even multiplatform indie games) on the Switch rather than on PC because I know I'll play them more if I have the option for handheld
not sure about the control configuration but I like that they kept the trackpads (I love the Steam Controller for many games) and more buttons on the back + Steam's excellent input remapping system means the buttons and D-Pad are very much optional, just keep your fingers on the sticks/pads

heres the promo shot on kde's website for example, which is likely showing a vanilla configuration (its been a bit since i last uesd plasma 5 myself)
