whoever was making nintendont (the wii homebrew app that can launch gamecube games from e.g. a usb drive) and decided "eh, only supporting fat32 is good enough" deserves eternal misfortune

lets say, for example, you want to use backups of both wii games and gamecube games. so you format your drive as fat32 because nintendont is particular and start getting your games on there

the issue is, fat32's max file size is 4gb

and wouldn't you know it, a small handful of wii games in WBFS format scrape juuust over that limit
