Thinkin about pain & EDS stuff, goals
- Gotta keep strengthening my wrists
- Find good exercises to safely strengthen muscles around my shoulder joint
- Establish some sort of daily schedule to remember & keep to these
- Wear wrist braces when I sleep more b/c subluxing in my sleep
- Learn to sleep on my back if at all possible, b/c subluxing shoulders in my sleep on my side
- Keep a copy of https://www.ehlers-danlos.com/pdf/2018-annual-conference/P-Chopra-2018Baltimore-Management-of-Chronic-Pain-in-EDS-S.pdf on my tablet to show doctors, because it's so useful
