@sfner no, I'm assuming this got installed as a driver for some device in this Optiplex, you could probably just uninstall it in device manager. Idk if Microsoft actually allows using their driver delivery system to install this kind of stuff, it might be possible to report it, but this is a PC I set up for fun with random parts (based on an Optiplex machine my at-the-time-college threw out)

@noiob it installed HP bloatware on a cleanly-formatted HP machine that came with freedos from the factory, so I don't doubt Dell does the same
