and trying to stop being anxious is a good way to pay attention to your anxiety and just get more
maybe a way to break out of that is to make a kanban on trello, or to schedule time with yourself? that sometimes can give enough of a boot to get you started
if that seems too rigid, maybe getting up and grabbing a glass of water whenever you want to do something, but aren't might help?
that gets you over some inertia
