@typhlosion Don't find it any more bothersome than other bilingual people we follow
@typhlosion I don't know if you count as bilingual yet but I guess you do? how much language do you need to know to count as bilingual
because we're definitely not bilingual but know how to ask how someone's doing in spanish and can speak a fair bit of broken latin
@Felthry i definitely would not consider myself bilingual yet, considering i only started learning a couple days ago
@typhlosion It's your account; what's to bother *us*?
@Austin_Dern i mean i don't want people to find my presence on their timeline unpleasant enough to reconsider following me - it's definitely possible to be annoying about something you're learning, especially when it involves lots of what appears to be nonsense babbling
@typhlosion It's possible. My experience is people enthusiastic about learning something new are *extremely* pleasant to follow. There's so much joy in it.
But, like your second option offered, a content-warning when you think you're going on too long at once would be as much as anyone could reasonably expect from you.
@typhlosion Eh, it's not.
the poll has closed, with the plurality opinion being to keep my jboposting here. i'll probably cw it anyway
