@zim well Grand Illusions is pretty fun! if you like bootleg stuff and a bit more snark, Ashens is also good; he's been around for a while and he also does reviews of food items and some other stuff
hmm there's a channel called FLEB that specifically looks at mechanical puzzles, and a fellow named Oskar van Deventer (OskarPuzzle is his channel name I think) who *designs* puzzles, most often twisty puzzles
