@Elizafox @architect@linuxrocks.online @theZacAttacks@cybre.space this reminds me of a story i once heard, where a friend of a friend was once assigned to a ruby project

in ruby you can define a method that gets called whenever a method is defined

this person snuck into the ruby project a method-definition method that, randomly and very infrequently, deleted the newly-defined method

so that the project would occasionally have impossible-to-diagnose bugs

i love ruby a lot

@typhlosion @theZacAttacks@cybre.space @architect@linuxrocks.online @Elizafox it is uh... the worst.

@Fuego @Elizafox @architect@linuxrocks.online @theZacAttacks@cybre.space it gives you enough rope to construct beautiful bridges, tie big ships to anchor, put people in elaborate bondage setups, and *then* hang yourself

@typhlosion @theZacAttacks@cybre.space @architect@linuxrocks.online @Elizafox and no detective on earth will ever be able to discover what happened when they find your swinging body

@Fuego @Elizafox @architect@linuxrocks.online @theZacAttacks@cybre.space it's great

@typhlosion @theZacAttacks@cybre.space @architect@linuxrocks.online @Elizafox :/

@Fuego @Elizafox @architect@linuxrocks.online @theZacAttacks@cybre.space "this programming language allows you to do Very Bad Things" can also be said of C and lots of other languages that are in very common use; don't hate on Ruby just for that

@typhlosion @theZacAttacks@cybre.space I hate on ruby for mixins. Remember I worked on the largest ruby project in the world for a lonnnnnng time. It had a lot of time to make me hate it.

@typhlosion @theZacAttacks@cybre.space I was a metasploit dev forever. Until I left Harris.
