Multiple partitions CW: Code switching, identity, MH (-, -, 0)

I have to be two-three different people during operating hours, and I start the day by having to put on the Work-me shell. Its a complex transformation, with many multi-part steps, and it has to start way too early in the morning for my energy levels.

Sometimes, I call my mom, and then I have to be Talking-To-Mom-Me, and that shell has its own attachment points, some of which still have trauma bearings.

Me doesn't show up until I get back home, and even switching to that has an energy gradient i have to climb.

I wonder if why I'm so tired all the time is cause being so many people takes so mucn energy, and it has to be spent in locations that I don't even want to be in.

Or it could be cause I stayed up till 0100 watching youtube and verifying my internet came back up (It did, but it went out at 0030, which was between when I stopped watching youtube, and was trying to go to bed)
