Oops.... so I've never made a turkey before, I usually leave that to other folks and cook something more familiar like tri-tip or ribeye. Since we weren't having any one over I roasted a small burd for us.
It is so tender and juicy I can't carve it, it just falls off the bones.
I couldn't get the drumsticks out of my electric roast whole even with tongs...
It is super tasty.
