Lent my phone to a total stranger at Starbucks for a bit, left earlier than I originally wanted as a tactic to get it back, which kinda makes me feel like a jerk.
Wish I had someone to hang out with irl tonight, but I’ve got online, I’ve got stuff to watch, I can draw; I really hope to make this work okay.

@zetasyanthis I just got back to where I currently live! So I don’t know how practicable tonight is. I think BART’s still running fairly late, but also if tonight isn’t likely, are you busy tomorrow?

My tentative plan tomorrow was hanging out in a coffee shop and going to a diner later, but that's still a lot of time open, especially if I get a bad case of loneliness. On the offchance that you might want to go out of your place, do you like diner food?
@Leucrotta Yeah, I can make that work. And I am 100% on board hanging out at a coffee shop. Looks like Starbucks near me is open until 4:30 PM. (If I didn't have to be at SJC at 10:30, I'd suggest Wicked Grounds.They're open from 1-9.)

I'd been thinking of going to Mini-Gourmet in Santa Clara, and to my favorite coffeeshop as well, Orchard Valley - but they're only open until 2. So Starbucks might be a better bet. Call you around 10-11 AM, or is earlier or later better?
@Leucrotta It doesn't! You can take BART to the Civic Center station and walk two blocks down 8th street! I've never even tried to drive in that city. XD
And that should work! My sleep schedule is a bit wonky, but I'll let you know if I run into problems on that front. :)
@Leucrotta And re: Wicked Grounds, they stay open on all holidays to give folks with no where else to go a family to be with.
