should you use a different avatar image on awoo.space than mastodon.social? And is it kosher to boost yourself from one space to the other?
@Aros I think it's fine to boost across accounts, but not all the time. Like sometimes you want to keep discussion in one place instead of spread across two accounts.
Interesting question though, should you boost masto -> awoo or awoo -> masto? Which way is more "sanitary"?
@Fenreliania I have a feeling awoo -> masto is better, when I feel like I have something silly to say that's worth sharing wider than awoo
@Aros I was just wondering like, which way will have more masto accounts interacting with awoo accounts, and is that something we should care about? With this being the "quieter mastodon" it's worth acknowledging that some people are gonna want to avoid masto - so it might be good to decide if we want to accommodate that or try to prevent that.
@Aros it's up to you. There's no social norms established. If you boost your own toot it'll just show it again to your followers
