OK so this is weird

from awoo.space I can see icosahedron.website posts and if someone @'s me a I see it, but if I @ someone on icosahedron.website they do not see it

???

i remembered that i have an account and can test compatibility stuff from here

:/ wanted to see if i could follow my alt on icosa from here but apparently not

Awoo space is my see forest getaway for when I'm too stressed out to look at regular mastodon

The moon is super full and bright and yellow today

Awwooooo

IRL irl irl wanna awwoooo at it

IT HAPPENED
GNUSOCIAL.ME IS A MASTODON INSTANCE NOW
OMG
THIS IS FANTASTIC

true irl story from last night:

someone: shel do u have cats?
me: no
them: dogs?
me: im actually kinda phobic of dogs, tho im starting to get over it
them: oh? why's that?
me: uhh... (bcuz i came to terms with being a dog myself???? no... can't say that...)

@mitchell@gnusocial.me if you make gnusocial.me a mastodon instance are you still going to call it gnusocial.me cuz that would be really funny

OK, made this PR: github.com/tootsuite/mastodon/ in order to promote the existence of instances besides mastodon.social.

Took me FOREVER but now I think I better understand how the structure of the software works so I'm getting better.

It conflicts with another minor minor PR but mine is better soooo >_>

is it ethical to edit two commits at the same time in two tabs

AH-HAH!!
I've figured out the structure!!
AWESOME

callout: gargron uses `unless` statements in his code
