from awoo.space I can see icosahedron.website posts and if someone @'s me a I see it, but if I @ someone on icosahedron.website they do not see it

OK, made this PR: https://github.com/tootsuite/mastodon/pull/618 in order to promote the existence of instances besides mastodon.social.
Took me FOREVER but now I think I better understand how the structure of the software works so I'm getting better.
