She's in Sacramento. Portland is nice but it would have to be a very good job I think to get her to move that far.

@ThatDamnCat From personal experience, Sacramento is an absolutely horrible place for a sysadmin job. She'd have to move into the bay area or take a train to SF every day to get decent work :/

I'm planning on moving to be with her there. We could move closer to the bay. It is part of the desire to be closer to that area with friends.

@ThatDamnCat if your GF is in Austin they should hit up indeed.com and put something on LinkedIn. I hate how its the facebook for jobs but I've gotten some good leads on there for some good jobs.
