I need to stop being a sysadmin in my off hours as much. Need to detach from work more.
Know any open positions? My GF is looking for that type of work.
@ThatDamnCat there's a lot in the portland metro area, not sure where your gf is looking for work. The market is really weird.
She's in Sacramento. Portland is nice but it would have to be a very good job I think to get her to move that far.
Still, any companies or recommendations are always welcome. No wrong answers here.
@ThatDamnCat From personal experience, Sacramento is an absolutely horrible place for a sysadmin job. She'd have to move into the bay area or take a train to SF every day to get decent work :/
I'm planning on moving to be with her there. We could move closer to the bay. It is part of the desire to be closer to that area with friends.
Basically, any company or idea is helpful and I'm thankful for the responses, for your response.
