mh, please help

Anyone willing to share their experiences with electroconvulsive therapy or trans cranial magnetic stimulation (TMS)?

mh, please help

@confusedcharlot As far as medical treatment of my depression goes, TMS has been the biggest positive factor. It keeps my depression from being an all-consuming downward spiral, so I've been able to whittle away at the rest with a mild medication (lamotrigine) and non-medical means (therapy, self-care, all that).

I know it doesn't work for everyone (I hear the number 40% a lot) but I can confidently say that TMS has changed my life.

Any specific questions I can help with?
