Well... a sort of outdated version of them, since I stopped watching some time back and have my own notions. Regardless, I find that the concept of insectoid equine emotovores really kind of works for me in many ways that I'm not sure I can even verbalise.
I will admit that I find an embarrassingly maudlin romance in the desperate desire to be a _good_ changeling despite a problematic nature.
@Austin_Dern @adeptomega @Momentrabbit Yikes. I've known some unsavoury fans, yeah, but I've also known some great ones, so it's like pretty much any fandom – a cross-section of people in general, only gently tilted by a single shared interest.
As far as being upstanding... well, it's easier to be a healthy and friendly and well-fed changeling than to be all nasty about it, and I'm lucky to live with people who are happy to provide an excess of positive feelings. *blush*
