Correlation: They probably take no issue with exploiting other countries, even to the point of killing foreign citizens, so long as it provides a net benefit the US

Proposed translated statement with correlative context: "Other countries exist to serve at our pleasure and we're entitled to the fruits of their labor."

@ElectricKeet I think a belief that we’re the greatest country denies what actually makes us great (greatness is a process, not a lifetime award for winning WWII with some really ugly qualifiers), and usually is shorthand for wanting to feel one is basically okay because the country is basically okay (imho understandable if not entirely honest).
