Lately I discovered the wonder of going to saunas

Just hear me out. Start by going to around 45~ degrees celsius wet saunas. For some reason they are just so damn relaxing, and if no one else is there you can safely lay down. Sooo good. After that, much warmer, steam saunas are a godsend. Feels good after, and makes you breathe so much clearer. Gonna go to one soon, PUMPED

Hey buddy, I feel you. What helps me personally, is that every positive action we do for now, can have a influence in the future, so in the end it is worth fighting for a better world. Its frustrating that world is sucky, and there is so much suffering, but all we can do is hope and do as much as we can. Lets play the cards we were dealt with as best as we can
