apparently windows *still* has the cursor trail function

@Felthry why not? I'm sure there's plenty of people who use it for accessibility reasons, not just because they have a horrible screen

@noiob Honestly we never really thought about it as a thing people used for any reason other than 'it's fun'

it also feels like a thing from our childhood?

@Felthry it's quite useful on those early LCD laptops where every motion leaves a smear, that way you can still keep track of your cursor! I think the "press control to find your cursor" thing was later
