re: mh - over something trivial but feeling really devastated
i just
what do we even do about this
there's no phone number or anything and no info on this anywhere
we just. need to contact the company somehow i think
because it's a thing that their faqs can't answer
and we don't know what to do
and we need to do something
and there's nothing we can do
and it's just
we just can't
re: mh - over something trivial but feeling really devastated
@Felthry wow.
We really get you on "don't know why it's hitting hard but it is". Whf.

re: mh - over something trivial but feeling really devastated
@Felthry I GET this. Something can seem relatively minor that you've got your hearts set on but then a setback out of your control hits it sends your brain off the rails and you realize how important this was, especially if it was a 'light at the end of the tunnel' sorta thing.
I hope there's something to be done.

@SquirrelLilly thank you. we hope there is too....
this was kind of a light at the end of the tunnel after not getting a job and not being able to get a VR headset and stuff

@Felthry no worries. No. Worries. *soft growl* feeling bad about this is /completely. okay./ It doesn't matter if there are more significant stuff, that doesn't make your pain less.

re: mh - over something trivial but feeling really devastated
@Felthry@awoo.space well (bleep), even if it's not a big issue on the world scale it's still something you were looking forward to. That it was something outside your control just makes it suck worse in my experience. I hope you'll still be able to get one without too much delay.
re: mh - over something trivial but feeling really devastated
probably not going to be able to reply to things about this for a while but they are appreciated
i don't know why this is hitting us so hard but it is definitely hitting us hard
harder than when we didn't get the job we were looking forward to, and that left us nonfunctional for days
