dang now we want to get some more udon, haven't had any in a while and it's tasty
I voted capellini because it's my go-to when I'm tired and hungry and want to make dinner fast. Start water boiling, prep sauce (onion, maybe other veggies, maybe slices of sausage, a can of tomato sauce, some salt and pepper), throw half a pack of pasta into the boiling water - dinner for two, done in like 5-10 minutes.
@dodec all pastas (other than like, lasagna or manicotti or something) cook fast, but capellini is very thin and thus cooks very fast
