remember when wind waker came out and everyone hated it for its graphics and then it turned out to be arguably the best zelda game to date
-F

@IceWolf gamecube only

well, and the wii u hd version
-F

@Felthry @IceWolf the Wii runs gamecube games natively, so yes, it is (you might have to hack it though)

@noiob @IceWolf well yeah you can play it on a wii but it's not a wii game
-F

@Felthry @noiob Still, cool!

Well we are planning to get a Wii U sometime so the Wii U HD version'll work. :3

@IceWolf @noiob even if the original is more expensive i think getting the original would be cheaper than getting a wii u + wwhd
-F

@Felthry @noiob Well I mean we already want a Wii U /anyway/ for BOTW and stuff, so the console itself probably wouldn't factor in.

@IceWolf @noiob honestly the wii u is a good system but i'd say skip it and go for the switch
-F

@Felthry @noiob Yeah... but we don't really want a switch because /no save backup/, and no way to hack it to /get/ save backup.

@IceWolf @noiob no way to hack it unless you specifically look for a hackable switch (and trust me, those will be available on ebay, people know that people like to mod consoles. probably for more than just a random one though)
-F

@Felthry @noiob Oh I didn't know you'd be able to look specifically for the hackable ones!

@IceWolf @Felthry that said you can have a lot of fun with a hacked Wii U if you can get a cheap one
