Seriously though why do bathrooms have genders
why do people assign genders to objects. why is there a bathroom only for one gender and one for another (and inconveniently, none for mine!)
@Felthry Before I'd processed a lot of this more fully, I used to joke that I would have to split in half and go into both to follow the rules. :P
@zetasyanthis Being me, of course I find that an appealing solution.
I'm pretty firmly ?????¿?¿¿???¿ myself. So I think I'd have to simultaneously go into both, neither, only one and not the other, and only the other and not the one. A superposition of |00> + |01> + |10> + |11>. Plus |!πq??> just for good measure.
In other words, I've long since given up trying to put a name to my gender. I'm just what I am.

@zetasyanthis Oh and of course you need the normalization factor as well, I left that out for simplicity. I mean, wouldn't want probabilities greater than 1, right?
