oh yeah also we noticed that a *lot* of the people in the credits for metroid dread had Spanish-sounding names, which really surprised us

was it made by a Spanish or Latin American studio? I'm surprised Nintendo would let a third party develop a game for one of their main franchises, but I guess after Retro Studios did so well with the Prime series they might be more willing with Metroid games. certainly worked out well for them though!

@nautilee @NovaSquirrel that's fair! when we were in primary school and they kept having sloppy joes as a lunch option we were still in a "any sauce getting on our hands is a Terrible Thing" phase and couldn't eat them, and by the time we were okay with that we'd learned the wonders of barbecue so i don't think we've ever had a proper sloppy joe
