kinda realizing that we seem to have an aversion to trying to look things up on our own when we can instead ask people about it
i'm not sure why that is. it's not out of laziness--there's like an actual feeling that we shouldn't, like there's some sort of unsafe thing there
i wonder if this is a holdover from when we were terrified of leaving any trace on our computer that could make our parents think the wrong thing about us (they occasionally looked through browser history and stuff)

today is both far-too-hot-out day and no-spoons day and agh
hmm. today exists. this is a problem i am not sure how to solve.
got a box set of the digimon anime series (it was important to us as a kid) and it doesn't have subtitles. Bleh. I don't know if it's a bootleg (got it on ebay for half the price it goes for on amazon, and it has really cheap dvd cases) or if it's the official one but really, subtitles are important people
need some help; does anyone out there know what good brands are for replacement dvd cases? kinda curious because a tv show box set we got came with extremely low quality dvd cases and we might want to replace them
they're 8-disc cases which i imagine complicates things a bit
they're not dvd-rs though, proper pressed discs, so who knows
would want to replace the cases but this is four 8-dvd sets and i dunno how easy it is to get good quality replacement cases for 8-dvd sets
not sure whether this dvd set we got is bootleg or not... the dvd cases are made of some unusually cheap (and smelly) plastic
Reminder that http://www.thistothat.com/ exists and is quite useful when you need to glue a thing to another thing but aren't sure what's best for the materials in question
