there's plenty of insight to be found, but no one seems to ever have any outsight to offer.

The Slavic languages are not commonly considered pretty, but you know, I kinda think they are. Perhaps an unconventional kind of beauty, but they're rather pretty languages in their way.

like, right now i'm disappointed that we can't get it, but not feeling the same anxiety of "we shouldn't get this but i really want to" because.... I guess the price tag seems too steep to be worth it? like if it was $100 we'd definitely be considering getting it but for $500 the anxiety of "need to decide whether to get it now or never get another chance" is just not there anymore

it seems that our FOMO is instantly defused by inordinately high price tags, this might be useful information at some point

apparently Analogue is doing a final run of their NT mini NES clone and it looks extremely well made....

and it costs $500. I want it, but nowhere near that much.

micro sd cards are really tiny for the amount of data they can store
