I've not been saying much about the stuff that's going on but I do want to put it out there that I support those protesting. I hope very much that future history books see 2020 as a turning point for the better.

feeling excessively stressed today for a variety of reasons (current events, plus a deadline i'm not going to meet (no significant consequences for failing it but still), plus just general background aaaa) so we ended up taking a clonazepam (our PRN anti-anxiety prescription) and that seems to have helped? not feeling great but at least it's not overwhelming awful anymore
