There's plans for a 24 hour #TwitchBlackout over allegations of sexual misconduct and harassment. The information is not spreading in a way seems particularly effective.
We're cancelling our stream tonight in support, and would appreciate if you could boost this post and consider doing the same, if you're able.

If anyone does want to play against us, in those or any other games in the pack, feel free to ask. I think that could be fun.

I imagine this is many people's first experience with them, since they're primarily popular in Japan and environs. It's certainly our first time playing any of them, and we've found we enjoy all three. We're actually, surprisingly enough, *good* at hanafuda, at least good enough to reliably beat the best AI clubhouse games offers. We haven't played against another sapient being yet. And we're not any good at shogi or riichi mahjong, but they're enjoyable enough to play.

note also that yes, it is *technically* possible to reverse-charge most types of batteries, even alkalines, but this is universally a failure state and they do not have much capacity when reverse charged (and will only charge to a few hundred millivolts if that)
Lead-acid cells are actually symmetric (except for mechanical asymmetries in how commercial ones are designed)
note that you should never reverse-charge them though. Modern commercial lead-acid batteries are designed to maximise performance when used in the intended operating mode, i.e. with the + terminal charged to a higher voltage than the - terminal.
Plural system of three, Felthry, Alaric and Rosemary. We'll sign posts with a -F, -A, or -R.
