you know, it occurs to me that this is perhaps the only game ever where the people fighting to end the world are the good guys

playing xenoblade 3 got us thinking about the rest of the series and it's just occurred to us how... weird, in a good way, some of the character's playstyles in xenoblade 1 were

like dunban was a tank character who relies mostly on evasion, not defense

melia does buffs, but also uses those buffs as ammo for powerful attacks, spending the buff to damage the enemy

we always enjoyed playing as melia

There's a minor character in this game who refers to herself in the third person, but is constantly reminding the reader that she means herself, not someone else with that name

it's kind of endearing

so i think one of the main characters might be a furry. The party was talking about monsters they like, and she brought up ferises (big cat/wolf things) and said she kinda wishes she was one

I expect fanart of this within the month

I feel like the US's problem with transportation is more than just a lack of public transportation--zoning laws also make it nigh impossible to have a grocery store down the street that you could walk to, too. I feel like an ideal world would have housing and primary facilities like grocery stores (and i don't mean supermarkets, i mean small stores that sell the essentials. not living next door to a walmart, living down the street from a mom-and-pop grocery store) intermingled
