I mean yeah almost all (in the mathematical sense) real numbers are normal but no rational numbers are and rational numbers are the majority of what people work with

also there are only like, three specific numbers known to be normal and at least one of them is impossible to compute

leave it to mathematicians to give the name "normal number" to a very specific type of number
